We want you to be happy with your Russell Dant merchandise.
Cancelling your order
For online purchases, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. If you wish to cancel, please contact us at info@russelldant.com as soon as possible.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, goods should be returned within 14 days. Items should be returned in their original condition and must not have been used or damaged beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@russelldant.com with details of the problem and photographs where possible.
We will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it using the original payment method. Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
For cancelled orders, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded where required by law.
